A confidential global financial services company has embarked on a journey to consolidate U.S. Regional offices into one team, on one campus, as a global headquarters. Employees can stay connected and stay up-to-date with a mobile app, which functions as a complete change management and move management hub.

With dual-direction communication, employees can reach out to their move manager, request packing services associated with their moves, and chat with their team. Additionally, news and a blog with information from leadership about the upcoming changes, moves, and overall project status help employees feel ‘in the know’.
